Paul Williams

Paul Williams is a PhD candidate in Cultural Studies at the University of Melbourne, writing on New Zealand’s new national museum, Te Papa Tongarewa. He is broadly interested in the application of cultural policies of biculturalism and multiculturalism to public sector institutions in settler societies.
